Triathlonsäsongen är i full gång och i helgen var det stora tävlingar både i Örserum (olympisk distans) och i Sövde (halv ironman). NocOut.se hade en representant med i bägge tävlingarna som resulterade i fina prestationer trots den tryckande hettan.
I Sövde visade Fredrik Carlén att det fina resultatet i Säter förra helgen inte var någon engångsföreteelse. Efter en bra inledning i vattnet och en grym cykelsträcka (näst snabbast) höll han ihop den avslutande halvmaran bra trots värmen och gick in på imponerande 4:33 – det räckte till en 5:e plats(!) i det tuffa startfältet. I Örserum gjorde Daniel Nilsson sin triathlondebut. Han gick i mål på tiden 2:42 på den olympiska distansen och höll ihop det bra trots svåra förhållanden på den inledande simsträckan, bra jobbat!
